The Air France Museum is a reference for the dissemination and conservation of writings, photographs, objects, works of art, witnesses to the history of Air France and Aeronautics throughout the 20th century. century to the present day.
It is not an exhibition space, but a documentation center which aims to serve as a resource for historians, researchers, novelists, filmmakers, students...
This site is intended to allow you to familiarize yourself with the history of aeronautics and more precisely of civil aviation.
It allows you to have a first access to the selection that we present to you of posters, airplane models, advertising items, calendars, toys, uniforms, decorations, philatelic first day covers , gouaches...kept in the collections of the Air France Museum.
The collections are only physically accessible during loans to temporary exhibitions whose theme is aviation.
The site is the only place, virtual, of permanent exhibition of the collections.
The Air France Museum Association is chaired by Etienne Rachou. Its Management is voluntary and collegial, with strong support from Air France-KLM.
Based on the achievements of the Museum, the new team, desired by the 2011 General Assembly, will be keen to extend its exchange networks and develop its influence.
